You will need to provide 2 emergency contacts for each particpants incase of the unlikely event of an emergency. you can download an excel spreadsheet template by clicking here. The minimum information we will require is:

  • Particpants Name
  • First person to contact incase of an emergency
  • Daytime contact number
  • Mobile contact number
  • Relation to particpant
  • alternative person to contact incase of an emergency
  • Daytime contact number of alternative contact
  • Mobile number of alternative contact
  • Relationship of alternative contact to particpant

 


About your bike

Please note: The information provided here can be updated leading upto the event, all you would need to do is drop us an email letting us know of the changes before the 16th July to ensure we have the correct info and euqipment on board.

You will need to provide the following information about each of the particpants bike. you can download an excel spreadsheet template by clicking here. The minimum information we will require is:

  • Cycle Make
  • Model
  • Wheel and tyre sizes
  • If the Particpants has there own bike bag or require us to provide one.

Please note it is complusroy to have a bike bag for this challenge participants can of course bring your own but should they not have one we can supply it for them.

The cost of a bike bag is £50 (the bag will not be sent out in advance but will be made avallable to participnats when they arrive at Fort William. This is a purchase cost and once the challenge is over it is theres to keep)

Please note: the transfer will be scheduled to leave Snowdon at 8:00am scheduled to arrive at Crewe train station at approximately 10:30am
